Windows 10 OEM vs Retail: What's the Difference?.
The device ran windows 10 before, version on an OEM install, it didn't come with any product key which was odd. I have been using the recovery media that I made after first starting it up until this point. I decided to do a fresh install of tested to work on this device but not officially released for it yet. When I first started it up I jumped to the activation section to see when I'd have to go back to but then the odd sight came into view Windows 10 was activated, without any product key.
I then reviewed the types of product keys and the only thing I see is:. So, I must ask, that one preinstalled bit Do I now have free reign to trash the install over and over and just reinstall? If not, then why am I able to install it on this device with no trace of a product key? I have the same question Report abuse.
